Large Spanish tiles open into a comfortable living room with a formal dining area with central air conditioning and heating throughout. The living room is furnished with sofas and easy chairs, along with digital satellite DirectTV, which includes southern California local and premium channels, as well as NFL Sunday Ticket, so you can relax here and not miss one NFL game. A DVD/VHS player is also available. The house accommodates six comfortably and has been designed and decorated for the most discerning guests.

The master bedroom contains a California king-size bed, the second bedroom hosts a queen bed and the third bedroom contains two twin beds. All bedrooms feature large closet spaces. The living room has viewing of the indoor atrium and water fountain for the peaceful sound of Baja living.
