Our properties by the mountain side have no running water, making use of a cistern, please be mindful of your use of water, specially if you're staying for more than a few days.

Where is the swimming pool located?
This side of el Dorado has one big community pool, which is located as shown in the map below:
Guest from el Dorado Ranch Mountain side have access to the pools from El Dorado Ranch Beachside, but beachside guest don't have access to mountain side pool.
What are the schedules for the tennis court

The tennis court is close to the pool, about 300 meters

While the golf course is on the other side of El Dorado Ranch, if you are someone who enjoys golfing the visit will definitely be worth while.

Troubleshooting
No water? here are some possible causes
Most common, specially if you're a few days in, is that the cistern may have run out of water. The cover is usually not heavy so you can check the water for yourself, just be sure to keep kids or pets away to avoid any possible misfortune
The cistern has water, now what?
Now if there is water, next up is to check the water pump, which in most cases is in a small room on the ouside of the house.
Here is an example of what a water pumping system looks like, in most cases is full of pipes, there is the compressor and the water tank, albeit sometimes they are fused together into one machine.
There are two things to look for here, the on/off switch which should turn the whole system on or off...
...and the water pressure meter, which is located in the compressor. Although unlikely (because we check that everything is working before your arrival) the on/off switch may be set to off, try toggling it and see if it works. If that doesn't solve the issue, please check the pressure meter, if it's bellow 1 and there is water in the cistern then it's probably a mechanical problem, in that case please contact us so we can send our maintainance team to fix it asap.
There is no hot water or not hot enough?
Below there are some example of the common water heater found in our houses.
Fully gas based water heater
Semi electric water heater
While on fully gas based water heaters may be better to just call us, on semi electric is possible to check for yourself if the machine is working as they have a small screen displaying the current target temperature. If it's off then try pressing the on/off button on the right. If it's working and you just need hotter water, although not recommended, you can turn the meter to the left to increase the temperature, be careful not to set it too hot!
Having problems with the internet?
Wifi password is usually writen at the top of the modem or in the fridge. If you're having problems with the modem please try restarting the modem, you can do this by either pressing the on/off button at the back of the modem or simply unplug it from the power source.
Check that the cables in the back are securely connected to the modem. If that doesn't work please contact us.
Is the air conditioner not cooling down?
Maintenance team would turn on the A/C if needed before your arrival, depending on the temperature it may take a while to cool down the place, you can see the current inside temperature on the left, while the selected temperature for the A/C system on the right
The minimum temperature recommended is 70, anything below could produce a malfunction in the system and may stop cooling.
The heater is not working? Is it still too cold? How do you turn on the heater?
If our maintenance team did not turn it on before your arrival and you find the house it’s getting too cold, you can turn on the heater simply by turning the switch with the “System” label to the “Heat” option, if after 10 minutes you find it still cold, you can raise or lower the thermostat temperature using the arrows.

Having problems with the TV?
Are you using the right controller? The Roku controller will not control the TV, you need to turn on the TV and the Roku will turn on automatically.

To use the Roku you will use the Roku controller. On the first row there is the Home(on the right) and Back(on the left), which allows you to get back to the main Roku screen and go back to the previous screen respectively. Next down the line are the arrows which would allow you to move around and select an option, while pressing the middle button will select that option.
The Roku interface shown on TV
