Sea Port Airlines briefly offered flights to San Felipe beginning November 2015 but has since stopped flight. The closest airports in the US now are Yuma and San Diego airports. You can rent a car from either airport and drive down to San Felipe. Yuma to San Felipe is about 3 hours.
