La Vauita Restaurant San Felipe has two location, one is located in town and the second location, close to El Dorado Ranch, is located in the community of Playa de Oro.  This review is for the location North of town and know as La Vaquita Marina Norte Restaurant. This is a favorite with locals and visitors to San Felipe. It's a popular place for off time dining. 

There’s something to be said about a restaurant that has two locations in San Felipe Mexico. La Vaquita Marina Norte is a favorite local hangout spot, offering fresh seafood, strong drinks, and a friendly atmosphere. When you approach the restaurant, you’ll immediately notice the shady back porch where locals and visitors sit back in high-top chairs, drinking flavorful margaritas and looking out over the Baja California terrain. The outdoor patio leads into a spacious interior space, complete with a full bar and tables throughout that can be pushed apart or pulled together to accommodate your group.

The seating capacity outside about 25 people,and inside is about 75 people, which makes it a great place for a quiet family dinner or romantic date night. While La Vaquita Marina Norte can accommodate larger groups, this is typically a more intimate setting, and perfect for good wine, great food, and good conversation.

There are two locations, one right off the Malecon that has a more easy, breezy beach vibe, and the other is closer to El Dorado Ranch, located in the community of Playa de Oro.
