Come and enjoy, beach side 2 bedroom condo located on the 1st floor of a multi-level building with 4 similar rental condos in the building. Other condos are on the next level up. If you have a big family or you are coming down for an event and you want everyone to stay close together - you have just found your solution. By renting a two - four more condos in same building, everyone gets to enjoy quality time together.
The first bedroom has a full size bed. The second bedroom also has a full size bed, a small twin size bed and a two bed person couch.
The living room has a modern style design. The kitchen keeps the modern spirit alive with it's design and appliances. Kitchen has pots and pans for all your cooking needs.
This building has a two door garage with room for 5 cars max that is shared by all 5 condos. We do recommend to park on the street to avoid other renters potentially blocking one another in the driveway.
Free WiFi is included for all your internet needs, Also TV with Roku
These devices work by transmitting digital content through various channels.
Head up to rooftop for one of the best views of the sea of Cortez, where there will be a charcoal BBQ grill that is shared by all guests. Optionally, you may bring a BBQ grill.
