You’ll notice shady breezeways and large windows overlooking the property, and a welcoming front entranceway on the side of the house 

Inside, there is a large family room with a soft brown sectional sofa, two plush armchairs, and a colorful area rug in front of a flat-screen TV. Two bookshelves in the corner keep books and board games organized, and two-floor lamps add a soft glow to the space. This living room is a great spot for a family movie night or a quiet place to plan your adventures for the day. 

Next to the living room is a secondary living space, tucked next to floor-to-ceiling glass doors that look out over the balcony. This room gets a lot of natural sunlight and is complete with two black sofas surrounding a glass-top coffee table. Prop open your laptop, connect to the wifi, and get work done with a view before heading out to the beach. Kids can watch a movie in the main living room while the adults enjoy snacks, drinks, and a little peace and quiet in this sunny space.

The two living areas flow right into the gourmet kitchen. While there are plenty of great restaurants to try in San Felipe, there may be a night when you want to cook for your family and enjoy a night in. On these nights, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to feed your hungry crew. The local grocery store is just a few minutes down the street, so you can stock up on food and drinks and keep them organized and easy to access in the floor-to-ceiling kitchen cabinets. The sleek countertops provide plenty of space for meal prep, and the full-size stainless steel refrigerator will keep your drinks nice and cold. The flat-top stove and range heat up quickly and make it easy to make a homemade meal, while the full-size microwave can be used to heat up leftovers in no time.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home, including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, gourmet knife set, spices, and drawers full of utensils and kitchen gadgets. There are wine glasses, tableware, serving utensils, and even a juicer! The eat-in kitchen has a large dining table and seating for six, so the whole family can sit and eat together. A large window over the sink allows for plenty of natural sunlight when you're working in the kitchen and provides unobstructed views of the front of the property.

When it’s time to rest, pick one of the three private bedrooms for a guaranteed good night's sleep. The master bedroom has a King size bed, high-end linens, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead out to the balcony. Warm green and yellow tones make this room feel calm and inviting, and the bright blue accent wall adds a pop of color. In addition to the large bed, guests can relax on the futon or set up their laptop at the corner desk. This laptop-friendly workstation has a sturdy desk, easy access to outlets, a rolling chair, and storage space. Guests in this room can wake up early, brew a cup of coffee, and sneak out to the balcony to start their day with a view.
 
This master suite has a private bathroom, complete with double sinks, a gorgeous stone shower behind sliding glass doors, chrome finishes, and a separate dressing space.
 
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, soft linens, and access to the shared bathroom. 
The third bedroom is mostly white and complete with locally inspired artwork. It has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the private balcony. This room gets a lot of natural sunlight in the afternoons. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. The shared bathroom has a single bowl sink, two storage spaces, and a beautifully tiled shower with rain shower features.
 
The private balcony overlooks the quiet community and offers views of the water in the distance. This is a shady and comfortable place to play some music, enjoy a margarita, and wave to the locals. From here, you’re close to local shops and boutiques, waterfront restaurants, and some of San Felipe’s best fishing spots. You’re also a short drive to Matilde Restaurant, a perfect spot for Mexican/American Food, brunch with friends, or dining solo, all with an ocean view.
