MONTHLY RENTALS:  Utilities are extra!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ASK IF NOT CLEAR

• Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
• This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
• If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
• Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.  


This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

• BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
• Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch. Exception is made for race participants in Baja 250 and Baja 1,000. dAlternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
