Our beautiful, luxurious, classy El Dorado San Felipe Condo is one of our customers’ favorite San Felipe vacation rental homes. This vacation home is glamorous in every sense of the word. Every single square feet of this dream vacation home is beautiful and eye catching.
One thing that attracts people to this San Felipe vacation home is its location. It is located just to the right of an elegant golf course. The view of the greens is so soothing to the eye. Therefore, not only golf fanatics but also people who like refreshing sights who are planning a vacation at San Felipe can look into this beautiful option.

The layout of this San Felipe rental home is just fantastic. It has 3 bedrooms. Amongst these bedrooms, one bedroom has a king size bed which is the master bedroom, one has a queen size bed and the last one has two twin beds. Doesn’t it seem that this home is just the right thing for your family? All the bedrooms are spacious. The bedrooms are comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom and the bedroom with the queen size bed are located on the upper floor and the third bedroom is located on the ground floor along with the kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms in this house

The unique kitchen features is very well furnished. The kitchen is very spacious. It is designed in such a way that this San Felipe vacation rental home just feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is located on the ground floor. It is designed with a semi island. There is a door in the kitchen that leads directly to the garage. It is there for the sake to minimize hectic loading and unloading of stuff from the car into the house.

The garage mentioned above has space for two cars.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

• BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
• Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

Other than the facilities mentioned above, this San Felipe rental has other facilities too. For instance the community where this classy El Dorado San Felipe Condo is located is properly gated. Other than this, free WIFI is provided to the guests along with the facility of a satellite TV, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a toaster.

The resort office issues pool passes between 8AM - 4PM daily. If you plan to use the swimming pool on your arrival date, please arrive by 4:00PM.  After the resort office issuing pool passes closes, you will need to wait until the following morning to get your pool pass and use the pool.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:  6 Adults and 2 children under 12 years old.  This is strictly enforced by the resort.

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
