Livingroom

When you enter the home, you'll notice the clay-colored tile, the tall ceilings, and the authentic Mexican accents that adorn the walls of the house. The front living room features a plush leather sofa in front of a sleek flat-screen TV, large windows that allow plenty of natural light in, decorative floor lamps, and locally inspired artwork on the walls. This is a bright and airy room where the whole family can sit together in comfort and enjoy their favorite shows or a game night. A stone fireplace adds character and charm to the room. 

Dining Room

The living room flows into the dining room, which has a large round table and seating for six. This is a great place to set out a family-style dinner, eat together, and discuss your adventures of the day. Up against the wall is a high top table with two additional seating, creating a casual place to enjoy a mid-afternoon snack or coffee in the morning. The dining room is set right off of the gourmet kitchen.

Kitchen

The beautiful and fully furnished kitchen gives guests all of the space and utensils they need to make their family meals at home. The kitchen features custom cabinets, updated appliances, and drawers of kitchen gadgets and tools to make you feel like you're cooking at home. Brew a cup of coffee or put your favorite fruits in the blender for a smoothie, and enjoy it on the private patio. Or pop some bread in the toaster for a leisurely breakfast before a busy day exploring the city. There is a microwave so you can heat your leftovers from The Taco Factory, and a dishwasher and two industrial-size sinks for easy clean up after a meal.
 

Bedrooms

After a long day playing at the beach, playing a round of golf, or zipping around on San Felipe dunes atop an ATV, you'll be ready to come home and rest in one of these three private bedrooms.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a King bed with high-end linens, soft pillows, and a comfortable mattress. This room is mostly white, but the deep clay-colored tiled and the bright comforter adds color to the space. This master suite has a dresser to keep all of your clothing organized, a floor to ceiling storage cabinet, French Doors that lead out to the patio, and a private bathroom. Guests can get ready for a busy day or unwind from one in this spacious bathroom, complete with beautiful tile work, a deep jetted tub, expansive vanity area with double sinks, and a walk-in shower.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is simple but elegant and features a Queen size bed, two nightstands with decorative lamps that are perfect for bedtime reading, and a classic wooden dresser. This room is spacious and private and is just steps away from the family bathroom. 

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom is bright and fun and has two twin beds with island-inspired bedding. This bedroom is perfect for kids or adults and features floor-to-ceiling storage units to help you keep all of your belongings organized. This bedroom is tucked right off of the living area and directly across from the family bathroom. Bring air mattresses or sleeping bags to accommodate two more guests, bringing the maximum guest occupancy up to eight. 

Bathrooms

The 2.5 bathrooms in this home mean that guests never have to wait in line for the shower in the morning. Along with the private bathroom in the master suite, there is a second bathroom with beautiful Mexican tiling and walk-in shower with tropical accents, along with an additonal half bath.  

Rooftop Deck

Head up to the private rooftop deck that overlooks the mountain and the sparkling Sea of Cortez. Here you will find a spacious patio area and outdoor dining room set with seating for six. This is a great place to play some of your favorite music, enjoy an ice-cold Margarita, and enjoy a fun night with your family and friends.
